Adoption by ABC Commission before submitting to Rules Review Commission
DEADLINE PASSED: The renewal and registration deadline for ABC retail permits was April 30th.
Permittees that did not renew or register by the deadline must pay a 25% late fee. Permits that are not renewed or registered before June 1st will be permanently cancelled. Click here to pay online and for information on ABC Permit Renewal/Registration.
