The following can be completed via the ABC Online Product Registration Portal:

  • New Brand Applications
  • Product Label Applications
  • Wholesaler Assignments
  • Approved Product Revisions

Submitting Variety & Gift Packs

To request approval for a variety or gift pack, please email all necessary materials to Product@abc.nc.gov.

Required Document Checklist:

  • Approval Form: A completed Variety Pack Approval Form (listing all individual products).
  • Pack Image: A clear, color photograph or digital rendering of the final variety/gift pack.
  • PDF Format: All attached documents must be sent as Adobe PDF files.
  • Prior Approvals: Ensure every individual item within the pack has already received label and product approval.

Submit Brand Transfers and all supporting PDF documents via email to Product@abc.nc.gov.

Submit all Quarterly Reports via email as a PDF attachment to Product.Reports@abc.nc.gov.

Submit all DTC forms via email as a PDF attachment to Product@abc.nc.gov.
