The ABC Commission's study on baseline pricing was presented at the Aug. 12 Commission Meeting.
The study examines the health and safety impact, the impact on the alcohol market in North Carolina, the Commission’s authority to act, and issues relating to implementation. The Commission asked staff to continue the study and conduct additional NC-specific research. Public comments are still being accepted.
