The study examines the health and safety impact, the impact on the alcohol market in North Carolina, the Commission’s authority to act, and issues relating to implementation. The final report will be presented at the August 12th ABC Commission meeting. To review a copy of the draft report, please email Contact@abc.nc.gov.
