How to Apply for a Retail Permit

- Download the application and follow the checklist. The specific documents required for a complete retail permit application packet depend on the business' ownership structure and the permit type(s) being applied for. - Make a copy of all application documents for your own records.
- Submit the application packet along with the appropriate fee. Complete the credit card authorization form or send payment via certified check, cashier's check, money order made payable to the NC ABC Commission.
